Future of Energy Storage

The study looked at the role of current and future storage technologies on future decarbonization of the grid with scenario analysis for hydropower, nuclear, combined cycle gas turbines with carbon capture, and more.

I was the primary author for the chapter on thermal energy storage and the section on compressed air energy storage. I’d welcome any feedback or questions.
