Predictions on the Effects of Climate Change

Here’s a link to some animations of my results from the final project for my Fundamentals of Ecology class (Fall 2016). I will post a link to the presentation with more context around these animations at some point. This project was my first experience with MATLAB, and I enjoyed learning how to code climate models and how the visual outputs can be used for communicating the results. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a lot of time to work on the project, so the underlying model is too basic to provide meaningful conclusions. The experience did interest me more in learning how more complex/comprehensive climate models are built.
